We are thrilled to announce that Lara Shisler is now Mosaic’s Senior Vice President of Corporate Development. Lara will continue to lead our effort to organize our corporate approach to operations, including project and contract management. Mosaic has become certified in the Capability Maturity Model Integration by the CMMI Institute. CMMI is a process-level improvement training and appraisal program. Lara has been leading Mosaic’s efforts to become CMMI certified and will continue to oversee our progression through the program.
Lara will focus on strategy and procedures for internal corporate operations to build a more resilient company with efficient and effective processes that new personnel can quickly learn. Congratulations to Lara!
