Prime Contracts

  • SETIS: The System Engineering and Technical Innovative Solutions (SETIS) contract supports the FAA’s mission to enhance air traffic management, aviation safety, and NextGen modernization. As a prime contractor, Mosaic ATM provides expertise in system engineering, airspace integration, and advanced automation, helping the FAA improve efficiency, scalability, and safety in the National Airspace System (NAS).
  • OASIS+: The One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services Plus (OASIS+) contract is a government-wide, multi-agency IDIQ vehicle designed to facilitate complex professional services acquisitions, including engineering, R&D, IT, and program management. Mosaic ATM is actively pursuing OASIS+ to expand our role in supporting federal aviation and defense initiatives with AI, data analytics, and air traffic modernization solutions.
  • FAA SE2025 R&MA: Mosaic ATM is a prime contractor on the FAA’s System Engineering 2025 Research and Analysis contract ($767.6 million contract ceiling). Our team consists of a broad array of both large and small businesses with exceptional skills and experience supporting the research, analysis, development, and evaluation of NextGen concepts. Our SE2025 team members include Leidos (Lockheed Martin), Harris, Honeywell, Boeing, Insitu, NUAIR, MCR, Architecture Technology Corporation, and many others.
  • NASA: Mosaic ATM has provided services to NASA since the earliest days of Mosaic in 2004, through Small Business Innovative Research (SBIR) contracts and NASA Research Announcement (NRA) contracts. The SBIR contracts satisfy the competition requirements of FAR Part 15 and may provide the basis for a direct contract award for the subject technology under an SBIR Phase III contract.
  • FAA eFAST: Mosaic ATM is an FAA eFAST MOA holder and qualified and eligible under the following functional areas: Air Transportation Support (ATS), Business Administration & Management (BAM), Computer/Information Systems Development (CSD), Computer Systems Support (CSS), Documentation & Training (D&T), Engineering Services (ES), Research & Development (R&D)
  • Volpe THFRAT: Mosaic ATM is prime contractor on a four-year IDIQ contract with the Department of Transportation (DoT) John A. Volpe National Transportation System Center to support Transportation Human Factors, Research, Development and Program Evaluation: Advanced Technologies (THFRAT). The scope of work includes advanced technologies that are transforming the future of all modes of transportation, increasing safety, decreasing congestion, improving efficiency and increasing access to mobility, especially for underserved populations. Our team includes leading academic and research institutions and companies across transportation modes, including Drexel University, FAAC Incorporated, The Ohio State University (including the Center for Automotive Research), Oregon State University, the Rail Transportation and Engineering Center (RailTEC) at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, Spectrum Software Technology (SST), Touchstone Evaluations, Inc., and the Transportation Research Center (TRC).
  • SEWPVI (Under Pursuit): The Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement (SEWP) VI contract is a government-wide acquisition contract (GWAC) managed by NASA. It provides federal agencies with streamlined access to advanced IT solutions, including hardware, software, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and professional services. Mosaic ATM is actively pursuing a prime position on SEWP VI to expand our ability to deliver cutting-edge air traffic management and AI-driven solutions to government customers.

C5 is a consortium composed of leading companies and institutions in the C4ISR and cyber technology sectors.C5 accelerates the development and deployment of new capabilities to the Warfighter through the use of Other Transaction Authority. C5 gives members an innovative and commonsense acquisition mechanism for the development of new technologies and products to meet government customer requirements. 
  • U.S. Navy: SeaPort. SeaPort-NxG is the Navy’s electronic platform for acquiring support services in 23 functional areas including Engineering, Financial Management, and Program Management. The Navy Systems Commands (NAVSEA, NAVAIR, NAVWAR, NAVFAC, and NAVSUP), the Office of Naval Research (ONR), Military Sealift Command (MSC), and the United States Marine Corps (USMC) compete their service requirements amongst 1800+ SeaPort-NxG Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) multiple award contract holders. 
  • SETIS: Mosaic ATM also participates in the System Engineering and Technical Innovative Solutions (SETIS) contract as a subcontractor, collaborating with key industry partners to support FAA research, prototyping, and system development efforts. Our contributions focus on machine learning, air traffic flow management, and safety assurance technologies.
  • ATEPS I/II: The Air Traffic Engineering and Program Support (ATEPS) contracts provide the FAA with essential engineering, research, and technical support services for air traffic management modernization. As a subcontractor, Mosaic ATM contributes expertise in automation, operational analysis, and traffic flow optimization to enhance NAS performance.
  • SimLabs III/ARTS: The Simulation Laboratories III (SimLabs III) and Aviation Research and Technology Support (ARTS) contracts enable the FAA to conduct advanced air traffic simulations and technology assessments. Mosaic ATM supports these efforts by developing high-fidelity models, AI-driven analytics, and operational testing frameworks for NextGen concepts.
  • U.S. Air Force VAULT: The Versatile Aviation Underpinning of Large-scale Technology (VAULT) contract is dedicated to research and innovation in aviation data management, cybersecurity, and automation. Mosaic ATM collaborates with partners to develop secure, scalable solutions that enhance FAA data-sharing, analytics, and decision-support capabilities.
  • DATSS: The Data Analysis and Technical Support Services (DATSS) contract supports FAA programs requiring data analytics, software development, and system integration. Mosaic ATM contributes specialized expertise in AI-powered decision-making, predictive analytics, and real-time operational intelligence for air traffic management.
  • Customs and Border Protection: Mosaic ATM provides custom computer programming services for the Department of Homeland Security, Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Office of Information Technology (OIT). As part of a multi-vendor initiative, we deliver AI-driven automation, custom software development, and enterprise IT modernization to enhance border security, trade operations, and data processing. Our expertise supports CBP’s mission by improving situational awareness, streamlining workflows, and advancing decision-support capabilities.
  • MITS I (II Under Pursuit): The Mission Information Technology Support Services (MITS) contract delivers critical IT and systems engineering services for FAA and federal agencies. As a subcontractor on MITS I, Mosaic ATM provides software development, cloud solutions, and automation support. We are also actively pursuing a position on MITS II to continue expanding our capabilities.
  • EPICS I (II Under Pursuit): The Enterprise Programs Infrastructure and Communications Services (EPICS) contracts provide the FAA with IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and systems modernization services. Mosaic ATM has played a key role in enhancing NAS communication networks, cloud migration, and secure data integration. We are pursuing EPICS II to extend our impact in next-generation aviation technology.
  • PTAC (Under Pursuit): The PMO Technical Assistance Contract (PTAC) provides program management, technical analysis, and operational support for FAA and DOT initiatives. Mosaic ATM is actively pursuing PTAC to apply our expertise in AI, automation, and aviation systems engineering to mission-critical government projects.
