Mosaic ATM is pleased to welcome Fred Wieland as Director of ATM Business Development. Fred joined Mosaic bringing over thirty years experience with NASA, the FAA, and the DoD across the fields of analysis, modeling and simulation. He is also a Private Pilot, and has worked as an analyst, software developer, team leader, project manager, proposal lead, business developer, and, on top of that, he is an adjunct faculty member at George Mason University, occasionally teaching evening classes to graduate students in systems engineering, linear systems theory, linear and nonlinear optimization, modeling, and simulation. He holds a Ph.D. in Information Technology, an MS in Information Science, and a BS in Astronomy.
